Gas station and car wash De Wetering taken over by Vissers Energy Group

Vissers Energy Group recently completed the acquisition of the gas station and car wash De Wetering in Utrecht. The company is taking over this location from the Teunissen family. Vissers Energy Group currently operates nearly sixty petrol stations throughout the Netherlands and is thus further expanding its network.
The location, located on the Wetering in Utrecht, will operate under the name Shell Vissers de Wetering from 2 December. Former owner Johan Teunissen, who managed the filling station for many years, will now use his experience and knowledge as team leader at Vissers Energy Group.
“It is with confidence and enthusiasm that we take this step. We are convinced that the site is in good hands at Vissers Energy Group and will continue to guarantee the quality and service that customers have come to expect,” Teunissen said. The company is delighted to welcome Teunissen to his new role and looks forward to continuing to provide services at this location together with the team.
Car wash with interior lane
Special to this location is the extensive carwash with interior lane, which allows customers to have both the exterior and interior of their vehicle thoroughly cleaned. In time, the shop at the filling station will be converted into a Moments & More branch, Vissers Energy Group’s shop concept. For now, however, the shop will remain open as customers are used to, with the familiar range of products and services.
