Loogman fuelling & washing Aalsmeer builds new car wash

Loogman fuelling & washing is realising a new car wash on its own premises at Aalsmeerderweg in Aalsmeer. The new car wash will have three lanes and a spacious vacuuming area.
The new car wash will not only be larger, but also more modern and efficient than the current one. Instead of two lanes, there will be three. One of these lanes will be for customers using Loogman Pay, allowing them to drive through faster. Moreover, vehicles will soon enter the car wash via a belt instead of a traditional chain conveyor. The vacuum plaza will be integrated in the same building as the car wash. There will be 46 vacuum cleaning areas, each equipped with double vacuum hoses. Sustainability also plays a major role in the new building. There will be 1264 solar panels on the roof, generating a large part of the required energy itself.
Opening
In September 2024, the first pile was driven into the ground and the first results are starting to show. The steel skeleton of the building is standing and the walls and roof are also in place. According to general manager Kees Yzebaart, the first cars will go through the car wash just after the summer. The official opening of the new car wash location is scheduled for October 2025. Until then, customers can still use the current car wash.
Loogman fuelling & washing Aalsmeer offers not only the possibility to wash vehicles (or have them washed) there, but also a filling station with a large fuel shop with its own sandwich and meal shop Co to Go and a Febo.
